Logistics & Compliance
What are the standard dimensions and weights?
How are the barriers packaged and delivered?
Our standard pedestrian barriers are 2.2 meters in length and 1.1 meters high, weighing approximately 13.5kg. Heavy-duty variants weigh 19kg for high-impact environments.
We ship barriers in stacked steel pallets directly to your site. Bulk orders are dispatched from our Auckland and Christchurch hubs with flat-deck truck delivery.
What is the benefit of hot-dip galvanizing?
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Hot-dip galvanizing coats both the inside and outside of the steel tubes, protecting the barriers against New Zealand's harsh coastal climates and preventing rust from the inside out.
We specialize in commercial supply. While we have no strict minimum, our logistics and pricing are optimized for bulk orders starting at 20 linear meters.
Are your barriers NZ safety compliant?
Which feet option should I choose?
Yes. All barriers are engineered to meet local temporary safety management standards, featuring secure interlocking hook-and-eye connections to prevent perimeter breaches.
Flat feet are ideal for pedestrian walkways to prevent tripping hazards. Bridge feet provide superior stability on uneven outdoor terrain, gravel, or grass surfaces.
